Hallsville High School is seeking candidates for a Social Studies 9-12 Government Teacher opening for the 2020-2021 school year. Hallsville, MO is located 15 miles north of Columbia and has a high school enrollment of 400 students currently. Applicants need to be committed to creating a student-centered learning environment, be enthusiastic about building rapport with students, be energetic, be willing to use innovative teaching methods, and work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the school district. In addition, knowledge of Professional Learning Communities is prefered but not required.  A valid Missouri certification in 9-12 Social Studies is required. Several coaching opportunities are also currently available.
